The JA Solar JAM66D45 LB 605W is a high-performance N-Type double glass bifacial solar panel designed for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar installations. Built on JA Solar’s DeepBlue 4.0 Pro platform, this module delivers excellent energy yield, enhanced reliability, and a lower levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).
Featuring advanced N-Type Bycium+ cells with 16-busbar (16BB) half-cell technology, the JAM66D45 LB provides outstanding efficiency and stable power output. The bifacial double-glass design enables energy generation from both the front and rear sides of the panel, allowing additional energy gain from reflected sunlight depending on installation conditions.
With a module efficiency of up to 22.4%, this solar panel maximizes power generation per square meter while maintaining strong performance in different environmental conditions. Its low temperature coefficient of −0.29%/°C helps maintain higher output in hot climates, while improved low-irradiance performance ensures better energy production during cloudy or low-light conditions.
